Oberoi Mall Flagship
Overview
A luxury retail flagship in New Delhi's premium mall district, where the entire interior architecture was built around a single NUMAEX Numartis installation — a 6-metre relief panel depicting the abstracted topography of the Western Ghats. The panel anchors the store's central atrium, drawing visitors inward and upward.
The 6-metre panel needed to be transported from the Ahmedabad facility, installed in a live mall environment over a 48-hour window, and achieve perfect planarity across six individual glass sections.
We engineered a modular installation system with 0.5mm alignment tolerances and pre-assembled the full panel in our workshop before disassembly for transport. The installation team completed the on-site work in 36 hours.
I've worked with glass artists in Italy and Japan. The Numartis panel is the equal of anything I've seen at that scale.
